Everyone needs friends, right? Peter needs relationships of all kinds. Friends, enemies, and all the in betweens.
Peter is one of those iritated, feisty kind of kids. He's known for mouthing people off and getting into cat fights. He's not afraid to put it how it is, because he believes that anyone who is worth it wants to listen.
He has a horrible habit of sticking his nose in the air about some things, but he's not afraid of making friends. He does get a little obsessive, so it would have to be someone who can handle a clingy friend. Which he tends to be from time to time. He goes from both ends of the scale, because he's not exactly stable.
Once you get to know him, he has more of a snarky sarcastic behavior. He is very dry in his sense of humor, but you know he likes you when he starts to actually talk calmly to you. He tends to take what people say to heart, so don't tell him that you hate him unless you mean it. He'll take it very personally. Peter isn't one to show affection, even when you're friends. He may cling to you and make sure that you don't leave his side, but he won't admit that the reason he is doing so is because he actually likes you. He'll most likely give you some lame excuse like the person you were going to talk to is a loser or that he couldn't be see alone at a time like this.
